Survive and thrive is an online conference for beginning teachers presented by the Ontario Teachers' Federation and participating affiliates, OECTA and ETFO.  Participation is free but the site requires registration. There are helpful print resources to download and use.  Online discussion groups have expert facilitators.  Topics include classroom management, parent-teacher relationships, managing stress, assessment and reporting, and professional issues.
