Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) programs are funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.  Canadian Landed Immigrants and Convention Refugees are eligible to attend LINC programs while Canadian citizens and refugee claimants are not.  LINC programs are provided to adult learners whose language skills are at LINC level Literacy, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7.   At all LINC locations, childminding services are offered to the children of parents or legal guardians participating in the program.  Transportation assistance may be provided.
