Junior Boys Soccer 2007-2008

The 2007 edition of the junior boys' soccer team carried on the tradition of soccer greatness at Romero in fine style.  Sporting a regular season record of 4 wins 1 draw and 1 loss (a 1-0 nail biter against eventual TDCAA champion Dante), the Raiders poured in 14 goals and allowed only 3.  The boys went down fighting narrowly losing a 1-0 decision in the quarter finals.  The team is in great shape for next year with solid goalkeeping, a tough crew of defenders, talent and touch in the midfield and speed up front.  However, 2nd year veterans, Kyron Hall, Al       James, Andrew Bustamante, Chris Silva, Claudio Herrera, Luis Batista and Matthew DaCosta will be sorely missed.  Congratulations on a fantastic season.
