INSURANCE CLAUSES

 

 

Each partner will be responsible for providing appropriate insurance to protect their own building and contents and be responsible for any associated deductibles.

 

Each partner agrees to pay Workers’ Compensation Board premiums for their employees active in this partnership agreement.

 

An adult in any activity beyond their employment requirements may be requested to sign a waiver of Liability absolving either or both partners from liability.

 

This agreement entered into herein is by mutual agreement.  Both Company Name and TCDSB, on behalf of School Name are committed to a mutually beneficial relationship that welcomes input from either party.
