Q. When are report cards issued?

Report cards are mailed to students to their home address within 4 weeks after the last day of classes. A copy of the report card is sent to the home school of all Toronto Catholic District School Board students.

Non-Toronto Catholic District School Board students are asked to take their report card to their guidance counsellor, since copies will not be sent to non-TCDSB schools.

Please note that NON-TCDSB school are encouraged to contact the Continuing Education Department of the Toronto Catholic District School Board to validate marks.

It is also the responsibility of the student to provide the Continuing Education Department with the correct mailing address legibly printed on the registration form.

Q. I need to submit my marks to a post secondary institution and I need a letter of enrolment.

Q. Where can I get a transcript?

Please contact your previous day school or issuing school that you belong to. The student services/guidance department will help you with this.
