  This site provides access to Math resources for all level, including advanced math,   presents innovations and key issues in mathematics education.
• The Geometry Center
  The Geometry Centre is a mathematics research and education centre at the University of Minnesota. The Centre has a unified mathematics computing environment supporting math and computer science research, mathematical visualisation, software development, application development, video animation production, and K-16 math education. Provides access to variety of resources, activities, blackline masters and brain teasers for elementary school students.   Resources can be access by grade.  Many additional links to other mathematics sites.

  Cover many different aspects of math. A wonderful site of units ready to go.
• MATHMANIA
  Stories, tutorials, and activities all related to mathematics. Topics covered by Mathmania include graph theory, knot theory, sorting networks and finite state machines. You will find problems, together with stories, activities, and other materials.
• THE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE FOR SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS EDUCATION
  This site offers a variety of math resources including classroom-related and professional development information. You can find a sample lesson on the history of mathematics and computer spreadsheet applications developed by teachers, as well as easy access to the Eisenhower National Clearinghouse.
• FRACTALS
  This fractals site is for kids, to help them understand what the strange pictures are all about - it's math - and it's fun!
• A HOMEPAGE FOR NEW MATH TEACHERS
  This page is devoted to helping new math teachers and new teachers, with suggestions, resources, problem of the month, ideas on multicultural education and many great math links.
• NATIONAL COUNCIL OF TEACHERS OF MATHEMATICS
  This information is provided online by The Eisenhower National Clearinghouse for Mathematics and Science Education. The NCTM Curriculum and Evaluation Standards for School Mathematics gives teachers and other curriculum developers Internet access to the latest national guidelines for K-12 mathematics instruction.
• GEOMETRY THROUGH ART
  This comprehensive set of lesson plans/assignments includes concepts, teacher's masters and tips on teaching vocabulary. Great geometry for kindergarten through grade 8.
• GALLERY OF INTERACTIVE GEOMETRY
  Excellent for senior level students, the site includes labs, questions, and exercises. Some of the pages extend beyond the high school level.
• LESSONS TO MOTIVATE UNDERACHIEVING MATHEMATICS STUDENTS
  Some good materials for grade 4-10 teachers in particular. The site focuses on a problem solving approach.
• MATHS INFO-STRUCTURE
  Great site for those who love palindromes and other curious reversals. There are triangulars, squares, cubes and primes here to explore.

  This site presents data on all sorts of social issues from around the world. Students can take information on forests, refugees, telecommunication and other subjects and make projections and predictions.
• THE MOST COMMON ERRORS IN UNDERGRADUATE MATHEMATICS
  Professor Eric Schechter is tired of seeing the same errors all over again, so he listed the most common errors with examples on this site. Useful for upper secondary teachers and students.

  Starting with the ancient Abacus, the slide rule and the logarithms, the mechanical calculating machines, the electromechanical calculators and finally the electronic computer.This site deals mainly with the mechanical calculating machines from a collector's point of view.

  This site puts statistics into a context that may help teachers deliver its basic concepts to students.

  An excellent site to explain the metric system and to introduce the concept of  base 10.
• GLOSSARY OF MATHEMATICAL MISTAKES
  This is a list of mathematical mistakes made over and over by advertisers, the media, reporters, politicians, activists, and in general many non-math people. These come from many sources, which will appear in parenthesis. I will try to find an actual example of each for learning purposes.

• MATH MAGIC
  This site provides strong motivation for students to use computer technology while increasing problem-solving strategies and communications skills. MathMagic posts challenges in each of four categories (k-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12) to trigger each registered team to pair up with another team and engage in a problem-solving dialog.
• MATHPAGES
  In addition to history of mathematics, geometry and algebra this site provides information on more advanced and specific topics such as: number theory, set theory , symmetrics pseudoprimes and others.
• MATHEMATICS LEARNING FORUM
  The Mathematics Learning Forums offer teachers the opportunity to do mathematics with their students and talk about mathematics with their colleagues. The forums are designed to help teachers introduce new mathematics teaching practices in their classrooms in accordance with current nationwide mathematics reform efforts.
