Knowledge Ontario databases
A new set of digital information resources is now available to all school libraries through Knowledge Ontario. Knowledge Ontario is a project funded by the provincial government that will provide a full suite of core digital information resources for the next two years.
From School:
From a networked computer at school look in “all programs”, then for:
Elementary look in “references” and select Thomson Gale - elementary
Secondary look in “research tools” and select Thomson Gale-secondary
Professional Resources look in the “teacher” folder and select Thomson Gale-Professional
From Home:

Home access will require a password. The password is "trillium" (all lower case).

The Knowledge Ontario resources compliment the full suite of databases purchased by TCDSB and available through EBSCO.
EBSCO databases can be accessed both from school and from home. The EBSCO databases include the full text of national magazines, newspapers, e-book collections, almanacs, dictionaries, encyclopaedias, reference books, newswires and transcripts and include: The Canadian Reference Centre, Canadian Literary Centre, Literary Reference Centre, Middle Search, Primary Search, Novelist, Novelist K8, Science Reference Centre and History Reference Centre.
