It provides an open centre to facilitate work, study and research on a flexible basis in order to meet the needs of an active program. The staff provides leadership in the area of curriculum development, cross-curricular initiatives and innovative technological advances. With Gospel values and Catholic tradition at the centre of the school's learning program and a holistic vision of the student's growth, the Library Information Centre collection supports the curriculum and learning programs as well as the leisure and extra-curricular interests of the individual learner. By providing current resources, which support both the student's academic needs and personal interests, an appreciation of the contribution of the Library Information Centre to lifelong, independent learning is fostered. Access to current technologies are important as the information gathering techniques using research and technological skills will be taught and reinforced throughout the grades 9-12 learning continuum.
