Math Manipulatives to Support EQAO Grades 3 and 6 Assessments
"The Ontario Curriculum Grades 1-8: Mathematics specifies a number of math manipulatives which are to be made available for students in elementary schools. Starting in the 1999-2000 school year, EQAO Grade 3 and Grade 6 Assessments will require access to these math manipulatives. Attached is a summary of the manipulatives expected for each grade as submitted by EQAO."
Please ensure that your teachers are aware of this policy in order that any items required may be ordered before the May 2000 assessments.
