Night 2012
“Walking in the Light of Christ”
It is
important that our community recognize and
demonstrate its appreciation for the
accomplishments of our students, staff,
alumni and members of our community who have
contributed so much to Catholic education
and the Toronto Catholic District School
Board. These individuals are witnesses to
the gospel values of our Catholic faith that
were instilled in them by their families,
their communities and the Church.
The TCDSB
Annual Awards Night is an annual
community-wide celebration that recognizes
the accomplishments of these leaders in our
Catholic community.
The date
selected is the first Monday of Catholic
Education Week, which falls on Monday,
May 7th in 2012. Parents, honourees,
senior staff, trustees, principals and
school staff attend this memorable event,
which begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room
of the Catholic Education Centre. Recipients
are notified of their selection and invited
to attend the annual Awards Night to be
recognized for their accomplishments. Awards
are presented by the Director of Education
and the Chair of the Board. A reception is
provided for the guests, immediately
following the awards presentations.
