History & Tradition

Holy Redeemer Catholic School is a title applied to Christ who liberated all by sacrificing His Precious Blood on the cross. The hope for a Redeemer was emphasized throughout the Old Testament. The universality of the Messianic Kingdom is a divine gift enabling everyone in the world to be reconciled to God. The suffering and death of Jesus brought about the redemption of the entire human race.

Holy Redeemer Catholic School opened in 1973, with the official opening and blessing of the school held on April 27, 1974.

The Mission of Holy Redeemer Catholic School is to motivate all students to achieve their full potential in mind, body and spirit through excellence in education within a safe, progressive and enlightened environment.
