Adult Education E.S.L Programs

The Adult Education Program, Continuing Education Department of the Toronto Catholic District School Board has been providing services to adult newcomers to Canada since 1964. The program currently employs 270 full-time day staff and 160 part-time staff with a full-time equivalent of approximately 5,000 learners. More than 37,000 adult learners participate in the program each year.

Adult Education programs are offered 12 months a year in the following timeblocks: full-time day (25 hours a week), part-time day (5-20 hours a week), evenings (4-8 hours a week) and weekends (Saturday morning, Sunday afternoon).

Programs are offered at 120 day, 40 evening and 20 weekend locations.
