3. Ring Road representation	Met with City; and school board	ü - Resolved	School board has indicated they are determined to not allow this to go through. Recommended school disengage
4. Ice in school yard causing injury; and, at student drop-off sites	Gave board contact procedures to individual parents. Addressed issue to John Opacic, Facilities, and Josie Nespolo, Superintendent.	ü - Resolved	School is acting according to board policy

7. Potential cancellation of grades 7 / 8 year end field trip	C.S.A.C. had a disscusion with the Student Council representatives. Determined that trip was being changed due to low enrollment. In case funding was a contributing factor, an additional allotment was put into the C.S.A.C. Special needs allocation to help with this expense.	ü - Resolved	An alternative trip was planned for the class; but, this was unfortunately cancelled due to the teacher’s lockout.

8. Parent participation in school lockout	C.S.A.C. reviewed and determined that their position should remain neutral but supportive of both sides.	ü - Resolved	Closed. Legislation ended lockout.
9. Making St. Cyril donations a Charitable Donation	Obtained volunteer; and, began preparing forms	O - Follow-up Required	Requires a St. Cyril C.S.A.C. Subject Matter Expert to complete forms. This may be taken up as a Summer initiative.
10. Increase the technology usage in the school	Requested that principal include an allotment to technology in her budget. Initiated discussions on a technology strategy, established that excess funds for 2002 – 2003 be put towards technology following an understanding of direction. Recommended the addition of "Numeracy Goals" in the "Local Action Plan".	O - Follow-up Required	Estimated reserve available is $4000.00. To establish a committee for this in 2003 – 2004. As per teachers request C.S.A.C. should purchase "stand alone" computers.
