On May 12, 2005, 45 St. Patrick Secondary ESL students speaking 17 languages, with 2 ESL teachers - Mrs. Enenajor and Mrs. Nobre embarked on a journey of discovery by traveling to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake as part of the socio-cultural component of studying English as a Second Language. We had a fabulous time learning about the geography, history, and culture of the Niagara Region. We visited Niagara Falls, The Butterfly Conservatory, admired the famous flower clock as well as the smallest church in the world, and took a scenic walk on the streets of Niagara-on-the- Lake. We would like to invite you to share the happy memories of our excursions and sightseeing with us.
