Hot and Cold Hors D'Oeuvres served from 6:30-8:00

(Cheese Balls, Baby Meatballs, Sausage Diamonds, Breaded Baby Shrimp,
Breaded Chicken Strips, Cheese/Spinach Pies, Vegetable Spring Rolls,
Bruschetta, Satay Chicken and Beef Skewers)

One bottle of Red and White Wine per table (10 persons per table)

Antipasto: Prosciutto Melone ( Prosciutto, Melone, Bocconcini & Olives)

Pasta: Penne in Tomato Basil and Cheese Cannelloni (Pasta Sheets Rolled and Stuffed with Ricotta Cheese and Spinach) in Cream Sauce - French Servings

Meat: N.Y. Striploin (6 oz) in a Cognac Mushroom Sauce and Grilled Breast of Chicken (4 oz) served with Julienne cut vegetables and Parisienne Potatoes

Salad: Garden Vinaigrette ( Boston Bibs, Red Leaf Lettuce, Curly Endive, Romaine Lettuce & Baby Greens in a Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette)

Dessert: Spirale Crepes – filled with french vanilla ice cream & garnished with seasonal berries in chocolate, raspberry sauce.

Coffee/Tea served with meal and available throughout evening gratis
