a) Report regarding Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School Request for Temporary Evacuation Shelter Agreement Shaughnessy Blvd. Children’s Centre Inc. (Trustee Ward 7) p.9-p.10.

That the Director of Education be authorized to enter into an agreement, with Shaughnessy Blvd. Children’s Centre Inc., for the temporary use of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School gymnasium as an emergency shelter in the event of an evacuation on the following terms and conditions:
i) There is no cost to the Toronto Catholic District School Board;
ii) Shaughnessy Blvd. Children’s Centre Inc. indemnifies and save
harmless the Toronto Catholic District School Board; and

iii) That the agreement be for a five-year term with subsequent renewal
approved by the Board.

b) Report regarding Construction Management Services Father Henry Carr (Trustee Ward 1) James Cardinal McGuigan (Trustee Ward 4) Catholic Secondary Schools p.11-p.19.

That construction management services for Father Henry Carr and James Cardinal McGuigan capital improvements be awarded to Aquicon Construction Co. Ltd. and Genivar GMP Inc. in the estimated amounts of $427,500 and $420,250 respectively, consistent with their proposals as details in Appendix B.

c) Report regarding James Cardinal McGuigan Catholic Secondary School Portable Accommodation (Trustee Ward 4) p.20-p.21.

That the Board award a contract for portable refurbishing and relocation for James Cardinal McGuigan, temporary accommodation in the amount of $221,750 plus net GST of $15,522.50 for a total of $237,272.50 to Jass Construction Ltd.

d) Report regarding 2005-2006 Snow and Ice Control Program p.22-p.25.

That the contract(s) for the 2005/06 Snow and Ice Control Program be awarded to the bidders meeting Board Specifications as described in Appendix A in the amount of $1,365,200 plus net GST of $30,580.48 for a total of $1,395,780.48

e) Report regarding Renewal of Microsoft Premier Support Agreement p.26-p.27.
That the Microsoft Premier Support Agreement that provides 7x24 technical support on all Microsoft products installed in the Board be renewed for a three-year term payable annually in the amount of $112,000.00 plus $2,508.80 net GST for a total of $114,508.80.

f) Report regarding 2005/2006 OCSTA Membership Fees p.28-p.34.

That the
Toronto Catholic School District School Board approve annual membership in OCSTA for the 2005/2006 school year and payment of the annual membership fees of $173,318.
