Notice of Community Planning and Partnerships Meeting

Toronto Catholic District School Board invites community partners to attend the annual Community Planning and Partnerships meeting which will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 6:30 PM at the Board’s Catholic Education Centre in the Boardroom on the second floor located at 80 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto, ON.

Discussions will focus on potential facility partnerships in operating schools that have unused space, as well as opportunities to collaborate on future capital projects. This is consistent with the Board’s Community Planning and Partnerships Policy B.R.07.

TCDSB is committed to providing the best educational opportunities for all students, and enhancing the learning environment in its schools. Partnerships between the Board and community organizations can strengthen relationships between the Board, its partners and the public, and provide a foundation for improved service delivery for communities. They also have the potential to reduce facility operating costs and maximize the efficient utilization of Board assets.

Please indicate if you are interested in attending the meeting by contacting Stacey Coray, Senior Manager, Partnership Development at stacey.coray@tcdsb.org before Monday, December 5, 2016.

At the meeting, the Board will be providing details about any schools or facilities deemed eligible for facility partnerships, as well as sharing relevant information that is available on the Board’s website, and any supplementary information related to community planning and partnerships.
