The TCDSB will ensure effective succession planning strategies are in place for recruiting, selecting, cultivating, empowering, and retaining leaders.
Leadership Succession and Talent Development
Strong leadership is a cornerstone of the success of the education system in Ontario. Succession planning and talent development is about encouraging everyone in the system to see themselves as part of the leadership strategy. This strategy focuses on attracting and developing passionate and skilled leaders who can effectively support student achievement and well-being.
