(ii)               use of their expertise for community service/work/activity (e.g. visual arts: student(s) to paint a mural for local Church; performing arts student (s) to perform at retirement home, etc.).

3.                  The scholarship, for the St. Michael Choir School recipients, will be awarded on the recommendation of the principal of the school, in consultation with the director of the school, the choral director, the tenor-base and tour director, and the junior choir director. The De Monte family, unless and until they otherwise request, shall be invited to participate in the selection of the recipient.

4.                  The scholarship, for the Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts recipients, will be awarded on the recommendation of the principal of the school, in consultation with the heads of each of the four arts areas.
