Documentation Requirements
- If the student is Canadian citizen: proof of citizenship such as birth certificate or passport.
- If the student is a Permanent Resident: the landed Immigration Visa, birth certificate and passport.
- If the student’s parent/s is/are holders of Work Visa and/or Study Visa Permits: the parent’s passport; Valid Study and/or Work Visa; student’s birth certificate and passport.
- If the student is a refugee claimant: original refugee documents of student and/or parent; student's birth certificate and proof of arrival in Canada.
- Most recent educational documents or school transcripts from previous school attended within and/or outside of Canada. These school records should be translated into English by an official interpreter for submission along with the original school records.
- Proof of current Toronto residency: One proof of address in the parent/guardian/custodian name is required to assign a school placement. This can be a current lease agreement, or property tax assessment OR any type of current utility bill, bank statement OR telephone bill.
- Students to bring a pen, pencil and scientific calculator for use during testing. (Mobile phones are not allowed inside the testing room.)
- Legal custody documentation, if applicable.
