Summer eClass Course Schedule
Session One: Starts July 3 & Ends July 29
Session Two: Starts July 16 & Ends August 12
 
Based on enrolment, courses will be cancelled or redirected on Thursday June 28, 2019
 
Support Sessions:
Drop-in and YouTube Live support sessions will take place on dates and times listed below. eClass students are advised to regularly visit www.tcdsb.org/eclass (this site),  for exact dates and times of  Drop-in and YouTube Live student support sessions.

To participate in a YouTube Live session, just click on the link(s) I share on this site. To chat in our live session you will need to log into YouTube with a Google account.

Walk-In Sessions: July 2-5, from 9 am to 7 pm

Location: Catholic Education Centre, 80 Sheppard Avenue East (Main floor)

Login Information:
 
In order to minimize login issues please remember the following:
a.      TCDSB students need to remember their TCDSB network username and password (if you don't remember your password, then reset it before you leave school)
b.      Non-TCDSB students will use their OEN as a username, and will receive a password once registration is completed. An Ontario Education Number can be found on a report card/credit counselling summary and is nine digits in length.

 Program Schedule:
 
Session One
 
Start Date: Wednesday July 3, 2019
Mid-Term Date: Monday July 15
Mid-Term Reports: pick-up at CEC available upon request from
July 16-19 until 3 PM
Drop Date Deadline: Monday July 22 @ 3 pm
Final Exam (4U Courses only) details:
Date: Friday July 26
 Students registered in a Grade 12 University course ONLY will receive confirmation of time of day for their face-to-face in-class final exam
from their teacher.
Students are to write their final exam with their class and teacher.
Students are to bring valid identification to their final exam.
Time: (10:30 am - 12:30 pm AND 2 pm - 4 pm)
Location: Catholic Education Centre, 80 Sheppard Ave East
Final Reports: pick-up at CEC available from
July 30 - August 2 until 3 pm or they will be mailed home
Student Success Day/Final Exam Review/End Date: Monday July 29, 2019
 
Session Two
Start Date: Tuesday July 16, 2019
Mid-Term Date: Monday July 29
Mid-Term Reports: pick-up at CEC available upon request from
July 30-August 2 until 3 PM
Drop Date Deadline: Monday August 5th @ 3 pm
Final Exam (4U Courses only) details:

Please note that if you would like to pick-up a report card on Monday August 12, it will only be possible from 1 pm - 3 pm
