Report Card Pick-Up dates and times:
Session One Students - Tues. Aug. 2nd to Fri. Aug. 19th
Session Two Students - Mon. Aug. 15th to Fri. Aug. 19th
Pick-up will take place at the TCDSB Board Office

9:30 AM - 3:30 PM Weekdays Only
**If you can not pickup in person, the person picking up your report card must have written permission from you.**
 
Non-TCDSB students are to bring their report card to their home school and ask a member of the guidance department to update their OSR to account for successfully completing their course and to arrange to have their marks transmitted to OUAC and or OCAS.
 
 
Marks will be transferred to OUAC and OCAS on the following dates for TCDSB students only:
Session One Marks - August 5th after 5 PM
Session Two Marks - August 18th after 5 PM
 
Session Two Program Update:
Students enrolled in any of the courses listed below are being contacted to discuss switching into another course as these courses will no longer be offered during session two.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

 

All students can register for Summer eClass courses starting on Monday, May 2nd.

 

Session One: July 5th - July 29th

 

Session Two: July 18th - August 12th

 

Based on enrolment, courses will be cancelled or redirected by Thursday June 30th. 

 

Students may register for a maximum of three courses.  Two eClass courses and one in-class course.

 

They can consist of eClass or in-class courses. 

 

Note: We will accept students up to Friday, July 8th if space is available for Session One.

 

Note: We will accept students up to Friday, July 22nd if space is available for Session Two.

TCDSB students are to register for eClass courses by visiting their home school Guidance Office / Counsellor. Upon registering for Cont. Education eClass, students will receive all program and login information from their Guidance counsellor.  Guidance counsellors will be submitting all student registration forms to the eClass program directly.
 
NON-TCDSB, ADULT LEARNERS, PART-TIME, PRIVATE STUDENTS
 
Non-TCDSB, adult learners, part-time or private school students are eligible to apply for eClass courses. Students requesting courses will be notified by email if placements in the requested courses are available. 
 
 To request a course, please refer to the NON-TCDSB registration section. Select "eClass" from the night school drop down menu.

Students will have the opportunity to obtain support in using the learning management system, Brightspace by D2L at the TCDSB CEC - 80 Sheppard Ave E. as well as other school sites indicated in the above chart. Students can drop in anytime during the time slots listed below. During these sessions students can resolve registration and or login issues as well  as become familiar with their online course.
 
Students are also enrolled in an Orientation Course to support them as they strive to successfully complete their online course.
 
Students will have to log into a virtual meeting hosted by the teacher during the first week of classes to confirm enrolment of their course.
 
Please note, for 4U courses only, exams will be held in person and attendance is madatory. Location of the final exam will be at the Catholic Education Centre.
 
Session One: Exam on Wednesday July 27th from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M.
Exam CONFLICT DAY Final Exam on Thursday July 28th from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M.
