is open to students from Grades 4 to 8 in the TCDSB, who are committed to the development of choral excellence through artistic singing and the development of musical literacy and cultural awareness by performing challenging, educational and diverse repertoire. Performance and musical expression give the opportunity for the development of confidence, self-discipline, intellectual, emotional and spiritual growth.
VOCE Children’s Choir is sponsored by a generous bequest from Bob Wilson, former employee of the Toronto Catholic District School Board, and administered by the Angel Foundation for Learning.

On May 31st, grades 4-8 choristers and soloists of the VOCE Choir took us on a musical journey around the world as they presented songs from many lands – England, Japan, Africa, Korea, Ireland, America, Disney, and finally, returning to “our home and native land” with the Oscar Peterson anthem, “Hymn to Freedom”. https://youtu.be/OUFNiUAvdI4
