A documentary and a presentation by Dr. Elyse Dubo, Psychiatrist, Sunnybrook Hospital and Susan Henriques, Psychoeducational Consultant, TCDSB (12:30-2:00 PM)
The film examines the experience of teenage depression from both parents’ and teens’ perspectives. The presenters will talk about how parents, educators and peers can support the young people dealing with depression so that with identification and treatment they recover and lead a happy life. Art Gallery

Every year since 2005, the Psychology Department invites TCDSB students to submit artwork that illustrates themes related to psychology: such as nurturing wellness/mental health, positive relationships, peacemaking through respect, preventing bullying, etc.

During February, Psychology Month, selected artwork is displayed at the atrium of the Catholic Education Centre, and some of the artwork is used in our publications. Here is a gallery of students’ work collected in the past several years.
