On Monday, June 12, our school, St. Rene Goupil together with our students and their families celebrated the Year of the Parish as we enjoyed a wonderful school trip to Martyrs' Shrine and Sainte Marie Among the Hurons. The trip was a memorable experience as it enriched our understanding of the Roman Catholic tradition and Rene Goupil. Furthermore, the students learned various aspects of the early modern history of Canada. Special thanks to our principal, Mr. Pasia for organizing such a memorable and school community building trip!
