Baby Grad Photo Time - Deadline Friday 8th June

Hello parents of the 2017/18 graduating class. Recently, the forms for the Yearbook's Baby Grad photos were mailed to all parents/guardians. Some of the forms have been returned by Canada Post.

If you failed to receive your forms, you can download the attached forms, print them and send them with payment and photos to Cardinal Newman. The pdf form explains payment, how to word your message and how to handle photos.

26 May 2018 - Student Election Results
Election week, rally and voting are now behind us and the 2018/19 Student Council has been chosen by the people. Here is next September's action team we wish them luck in all of the Newman 2018/19 activities.
7 - 11 May - Newman Spring Spirit Week
The arrival of spring was marked at Newman by the joyous celebration of Spring 2018 Spirit Week. The Student Council and their committees produced a fun filled range of activities.

On Monday 14 May at 7 pm, the BCNHS CSPC will be hosting a Dwayne Matthews Workshop: Learning in the 21st century: Why it's different, why it matters and how to help children thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world
5 May - Claudia Sassa Wins Again
In February, Claudia Sassa won the TCDSB le concours d’oratoire and on Saturday 5 May, she successfully pulled off her second win at the Ontario le concours d’oratoire. Next step for Claudia is the National le concours d’oratoire in Ottawa - the Newman community wishes her success

2 - 4 May Shuddersome - Tales of Poe

May 1st - ICT SHSM Students - Workshop at George Brown College
On Tuesday 1st May, the Grade 11 SHSM ICT students travelled to George Brown College to learn about recent developments in the fields of networking and programming.

Tuesday 24 April - TCDSB Music Festival
On Tuesday 24th April, Newman's Stage band and it's accompanying singers moved on stage at the TCDSB Music Festival where they serenaded the crowd. It was a great experience for our musicians and singers as both an opportunity to show off their talents while seeing what other schools in the TCDSB could offer.
