The BREBEUF Annual Uniform Exchange is a great opportunity to assist the Brebeuf Catholic School Parent Council (CSPC) in supporting numerous school initiatives which benefit all Brebeuf students and assist our young men in becoming “Men for Others”.

This year, we will be holding a draw for a $50.00 gift card for all those who DONATE 3 or more used uniform pieces to the sale. One random name will be drawn upon completion of the sale.

Your participation denotes your agreement of the terms and conditions.
Donating BREBEUF approved Clothing items to the Sale:

 You may DONATE your used uniform and pledge the full monies raised from your pieces
back to Brebeuf College School.
 Please drop off any donated items in the Atrium as per the below dates and times.
 Items need to be tagged as a “Donation” please.
Please ensure items are gently used, freshly laundered and original McCarthy/Halpern’s items.
Guidelines for items to be sold on Consignment:
 Make sure clothing is in washed and gently used condition.
 If clothing is not original McCarthy/Halpern’s apparel, it will be donated to charity.
 Clothing MUST meet school standards or it will not be offered for sale. Clothing items
that do not meet the basic requirements stated above will be donated to charity.
 Label all clothing items individually with one of the attached Clothing Item Labels.
 Complete the attached Clothing Consignment Slip.
 Items will be sorted by volunteers into one of two categories, Very Good or Good
Condition. (Please see selling price list attached.)
 50% of proceeds from the sale of each item will be returned to you, 50% of funds
generated will be directed to the Brebeuf CSPC’s initiatives at BREBEUF.
 Any uniform pieces not sold become the property of the Brebeuf CSPC.
 All labelled clothing items may be dropped off in the Atrium at the following times:
Wednesday June 27th 8:30am - 9:00am (Graduation Mass and breakfast)
Wednesday July 4 from 9:00am – 3:00pm (during report card pickup)
Thursday July 5 from 9:00am – 3:00pm (during report card pickup)
Friday July 6th 3:00pm - 4:00pm (before the Used Uniform sale)

Pick-up for consignment cheques will be on Friday July 27, 2018the last day of summer school, between 9:00am and 11:00 am.

Any monies not picked up during this time will become the property of the Brebeuf Catholic School Parent Council.

CSPC is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Your participation and signature
below implies your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
