FHC Exceptional Performance at Provincial and National Championships

*  AARON HECTOR, FHC GRAD 2015 - Won Silver medal (100m) in the Canadian Track & Field Championships, Edmonton, Alberta. Aaron will represent Canada in the Pan American Jr. Games July 31 - August 2, 2015. He will compete in both the 100m & 4 x 100m relay events!   Hector won 3 Gold medals at the 2015 OFSAA Championships & is being heavily recruited by several American colleges & universities!
 
*  BRENDON RODNEY, FHC GRAD 2011, LONG ISLAND UNIVERSITY, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION) - Won Silver medal (200m) at the Canadian Track & Field Championships, Edmonton, Alberta.  Brendon, a top-5 world ranked sprinter will represent Canada in the upcoming Pan American Games, Toronto, Ontario in the 200m & relay events!  Rodney was an FHC OFSAA Champion in 2011! 
*  NEIL FRANCIS, FHC GRADE 11 - Won Silver medal (400m) in the Royal Canadian Legion Provincial Track & Field Championships!  Will compete for Team Ontario in the Canadian National Youth Track & Field Championships! Neil won 3 medals at the 2015 OFSAA Championships - 2 Golds & 1 Silver!
 
*  JUSTIN CASUGAY, FHC GRADE 10 - Won Silver medal (300m) in the Royal Canadian Legion Provincial Track & Field Championships! Slated to compete for Team Ontario in the Canadian National Youth Track & Field Championships! Justin won 2 Gold medals at the 2015 OFSAA Championships!
 
*  OBENG MARFO, FHC GRAD 2014, PENN STATE, UNIVERSITY PARK, PENNSYLVANIA (HUMAN KINETICS) - Won Gold medal (Discus); Silver (Shot put) at the Canadian Track & Field Championships held in Edmonton, Alberta July 2-5, 2015.  Obeng will represent Canada in the Pan American Jr. Track & Field Games July 31 - August 2, 2015 Edmonton, Alberta. Marfo was a 4 time OFSAA Champion while at FHC!
 
*  KHAMAL STEWART-BAYNES, FHC GRADE 11 - Won Gold medal (200m); Silver (100m) in the Royal Canadian Legion Provincial Track & Field Championships held at the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario July 3-4, 2015.  Khamal will represent Team Ontario in the Canadian National Youth Track & Field Championships in Ste. Therese/Blaineville, Quebec August 7-9, 2015 where he will compete in the 100m, 200m, 4 x 100m & 4 x 400m relay sprint events! Stewart-Baynes won 4 Gold Medals at the 2015 OFSAA Championships!
