Carr Student wins Duke of Edinburgh Award

Congratulations to Austin Martins-Robalino from Father Henry Carr, who is the first student from that school to win the Duke of Edinburgh Award (Gold Level).
This award was founded in 1956 by Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, and is presented each year in 144 countries. It is awarded to a student who has demonstrated a consistent commitment in service, skill, and physical recreation, with an emphasis on self-reliance, perseverance, and responsibility.
