Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:47 p.m.
Students are required to wear their uniforms while they are in the library. No headgear is allowed.
Cell phones, iPods, food and drinks are not permitted in the library.
Students must sign up for computer use and are responsible for all hardware. Students must ask permission to print their work or else pay 10 cents per page. Students must abide by the TCDSB Surf Right Acceptable Use Policy.

Books must be brought to the library in order to be renewed. (If no other student needs the book). Books may also be reserved by individual students or teachers.
During school hours, students, who do not have a spare, are required to have a pass to use the library. Attached is a copy of the
Library Resource Pass. Make additional copies for your use.
Our goal is to develop and implement a library program to motivate a life-long interest in reading for pleasure and to improve literacy skills across the curriculum

Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test
To prepare for the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test, students can practice for the test on the Reading and Writing Achievement program on the school's computers. Click Start> Learning Tools> Reading and Writing Achievement.

• teacher and school name
• region code (#5527)
• the video title(s)
• call number (you may want to include the old call number located in the Notes field of the catalogue record)
• requested delivery date and return date.
Throughout the school year, teachers are invited to bring their students to the library. Staff are invited to use the library for meetings and large group presentations. Use of the library for these activities, during and after school hours, should be arranged with either librarian.
