Welcome to Week 34 (May 14-18)

As we say goodbye to yet another amazing Art show, we look forward this week to the Spring Concert!  Please see the important information below from the Music department regarding ticket purchases as we look ahead to this week’s performance on Thursday evening.

This week we also celebrate Respect for Life Week as we continue the focus on our Catholic faith and Catholic values. As a Catholic family, we recognize the sanctity of all human life from conception to the grave, and we celebrate the precious gift of life that is ours to treasure.

Reminders for the week:

  • Please remind students that four weeks remain until the last day to submit units and write tests.  Also, please do NOT accept any units beyond this date (i.e. on Tutorial Days).
  • A special note that our annual Spring Concert is happening Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m.!  The Music Department would like to remind everyone that there is 1 complimentary ticket available for staff if requested by e-mail or a simple visit to the music department.  Additional tickets can be purchased at a price of $7.  If tickets are not requested than they will be made available to the general public for sale.

Tips of the Week.jpg

TA Tip(s) of the week

  • Please be sure to communicate clearly to parents/guardians by phone or email that their child will have to attend summer school or may fail a subject. Do this early where possible. Do not send this information on the last TA interview form for the first time.

  • Please remind your students that if they do not let their teacher know should they want to cancel out of the early exams that they have signed up for, they will receive a zero unless a doctor’s note is received. Students may cancel an early exam providing they give the subject teacher two-day notice.

Have a blessed and joyous week, everyone!
