  • We missed including the kudos for Honor Roll Breakfast the week before. The event was wonderful!  The Honor Roll Breakfast was just a fantastic time to celebrate our student accomplishments and let these high performing students just take a well-deserved pause in their day.  Many thanks to Kelly, Eileen and Len for their work in organizing, setting up, and just ensuring the morning went smoothly.  Thanks to all the Teacher Advisors for calculating honor roll qualifications, to Paulette for all the work that went into preparations in advance, and to those staff members who were able to drop by and participate in the breakfast festivities.  Very well done!

  • Thanks to Nadia for working with the SAC in producing a great SAC dance on Thursday! Thanks also to JP, Mary-Lynn, Sandra, Joshua, Eileen, Nicole, David, Sophia, Judy, and Logi for helping with supervision! If not for your support, there would be no dance. Overall, it was a memorable event for our students. Thanks again everyone for taking the time out of your busy report card season to help out!

  • Thanks to the CCSDL team, Peets, Coleman, Loconte, and van Rooyen for all your work on the PA day presentation!

  • Thanks to the Steering Committee for their flexibility in moving the iVigor8 presentation to Dec 1!

Tips of the Week.jpg

TA Tip(s) of the week

This week is Anti-Bullying Week. It is a great opportunity to have a conversation with your advisees about bullying.  A great practice is to remind them of the many people they can turn to for help. If you need tips on how to discuss bullying with your advisees, you can ask your guidance counsellor.

Have a great week, everyone!
