Hour of Code

Precious Blood students from Grades 5 and 6 participated in the Hour of Code, which is an international activity to mark Computer Science Education Week (December 8 - 12). Students used Samsung Tablets and their own electronic devices to learn about coding that is used in computer programming.

What is the Hour of Code?

The annual Hour of Code is an opportunity for students and teachers around the world to take part in a one-hour introduction to coding designed to demystify computer science and show that anybody can learn the basics. Tens of millions of students have already taken part.
