Toronto Catholic District School Board

CSPC - Catholic School Parent Council

With approval from the Board, the Catholic School Advisory Council (CSAC) recently underwent a name change to Catholic School Parents Council (CPSC). News items & resource documents uploaded prior to September 1st, 2015 may have their titles changed to reflect Catholic School Parents Council (CSPC), the text contained within the documents and pages may still contain the name Catholic School Advisory Council (CSAC).  Please note that these two titles are synonymous.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The purpose of the Council in our school is to provide support to teachers for extracurricular activities such as Bully Workshops, Scientist in Schools, and Theatre Presentations.  We also try to help by providing funds for school excursions and funds for concerts.  We assist in any way we can to support teachers in helping to improve student achievement. We also try to enhance the accountability of the education system to our parents.  Through active participation of our parents, the council acts in an advisory function to the school principal, by making recommendations on any matter in accordance with the Education Act and TCDSB Policies, Guidelines and Operating Procedures.

St. Bruno's CSPC meets usually on a monthly basis throughout the school year, and welcomes the input of parents.  Your input and attending any of our meetings  is very important to our students and staff.

Be a part of our St. Bruno Community; get involved.
