Concours D'art Oratoire
French Speech Competition

Donna Vasseghi a St. Joseph Morrow Park student, participated in the Concours D'art Oratoire French Speech Competition at the Catholic Education Center on March 6th. Donna prepared a speech "On en a assez" (We have had enough) on the subject of the treatment of refugees and their children in the United States. Donna's speech was poignant and carefully crafted, and presented beautifully at the competition. Donna was excited to be awarded first place, with the judges complimenting her on her measured and calm manner, and the excellent way that she responded to the judges questions in fluent French. Congratulations Donna, and good luck at the provincial competition in May!
