Scary bunch during Halloween celebration.

For an overall perspective of our class guidelines, I've attached the Curriculum Night handout;

Curriculum Night1.pptCurriculum Night1.ppt

Summer Instructions - Don't let your child come back to class with the dreaded "Summer Slide". Give them the oppurtunity to start the new school year strong by keeping up with their reading and math skills. Set goals with the number of books they read over the summer and or amount of time reading per day. There are also some excellent books that give short daily and weekly activities that you buy at Coles, Chapters or Costco. During those car rides ask your child their times tables or "What are the factors of 42?"

Math

Curriculum completed. Yearly review.

If homework is completed in class, you can practice your math skills with www.prodigygame.com or

www.ixl.com

(work on your multiplication tables!!!!!) - The goal is to know your times table to 12 by heart.!!!!!
