2019 - 2020 Admissions for SMCA Students (Grades 10-12)


The Registration Process for 2019-2020 consists of three parts:

 

Completion of Registration Forms 

Please complete the attached Registration Forms and return them to the Main Office afterschool (3:00pm-5:00pm) by Thursday, February 28.   

 

Please note that Grade 12 students who wish to return for another year MUST complete a Letter of Intent to Return to SMCA (available in Guidance).  We must be mindful that space is limited for returning Grade 12 students.

 

On-line Course Selection 

Course selection started on January 8th using the online program, MyBlueprint.  Guidance Counsellors have been visiting homeroom classes to help students complete their course selections for 2019-2020.  The deadline for course selection in MyBlueprint is Thursday, February 14.    

 

Collection of Activity Fee:  

An Activity Fee of $100 is used to supplement the school experience for students by providing for materials and activities such as the Agenda, Athletics, locks (grade 9), Student Activities (Assemblies/Workshops/Recognition/Co-curricular/Religion Retreats) and Yearbooks.  Although this fee is voluntary, it enhances the student’s overall school experience.   Assistance may be provided to students who are unable to pay.
