More About These Outstanding Students

Amen is in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at St. John Paul II where she maintains an average of 98.5%. She created and dances with Afroqueens - a group dedicated to promoting diversity, and also volunteers as a tutor for the PASS program, through Lisence to Learn where she was trained to support students in need at St. John Paul II. She continues to act as a mentor for younger IB students during the shutdown.  She is involved in the school's Environmental Council, acts as a school Ambassador, is a member of the school charity Pennies for Heaven and participated in the SSLN project outreach with six elementary schools promoting math skills.

Christian is currently the Student Council Co-President at St. Michael's Choir. He is an outstanding student, an incredible leader, and a conscientious and considerate person. He has served as the master of ceremonies for student council events such as board games night, Java Jam, and Jam night where students sing songs different than their daily choral music. He leads the Robotics club at school, and outside of school he works with young children at The Scarborough Hospital, and is a member of the Benefit Choir in which he volunteers his time singing for others.
