On Friday, May 18th, 2012, grade 7 students from Ms. Rini, Mr. Kwon, Mr. Araujo's and Ms. Gutcher's classes did some much anticipated work in the name of stewardhship by planting young trees at Downsview Park. Truly, it was a beautiful day of appreciation for God's  gifts and a testament to the inspired, responsible actions of a dedicated group of students and teachers.

On Tuesday, May 22, 2012, members of Student Council and Me to We visited, the Scott Mission, a non-denominational Christian organization responding to the needs of the poor, homeless, abandoned and vulnerable of all ages, as a way to give back to the community and actively be Witnesses of our Catholic faith. The students were directly involved in serving hot meals, comforting the city's needy and learning about the organization's daily operations.

Again, on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, a determined group of students from the Student Leadership team consisting of members of Student Council, Me to We, and ESCLIT donated their time, energy and demonstrated their FAITH by serving hot meals to Toronto's poor and homeless citizens. Doona Sheard of the non-profit Christian organization Scott Mission provided some meaningful, hands-on and values driven opportunities to our students in the form of Day Care assistance, tax receipt preparation, kitchen and serving help for two lunch services, and clothing and food sorting in the in-house food bank. All students were fully engaged and dedicated to maximizing their learning from these assorted experiences.
Mr. Kwon would like to thank Donna and the students from St. Paschal Baylon for opening up their hearts and minds.
