Our time with the Pan Am Jump Start program has been an absolutely awesome experience.
For 5 days we had the chance to be engaged in physical training sessions such as core and strength training and landing and jumping mechanics. In addition, we had daily theoretical lessons on health and nutrition; recovery strategies, mental strategies and high performing habits.


Our instructors kept us thinking and sweating. The facility kept us in awe. And our Beyond the Classroom slant has us thinking about how all of this impacts us. Our final padlet is below and we hope to post some of the student vlogs on the experience soon.
