Our History and Tradition
Sacred Heart Catholic School opened in September 1987 and was founded on devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a symbol of Christ's love and compassion for all people.
The school experienced significant growth during its early years as surrounding neighbourhoods expanded, eventually serving more than 700 students. While enrolment later stabilized following the opening of nearby schools, Sacred Heart has remained a vibrant and welcoming community.
Today, our school reflects the rich cultural diversity of families from around the world. United by our Catholic faith, we celebrate the many experiences and traditions that strengthen our community and enrich student learning.
