Students at Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Academy proudly came together this spring to support two meaningful causes, demonstrating their commitment to awareness, compassion, and inclusivity.
On March 26, the school community marked Dress Purple Day in support of epilepsy awareness. Students and staff wore purple to spark conversations and increase understanding about epilepsy, a neurological condition that affects millions of people worldwide. The day served as an opportunity to promote empathy and to remind everyone of the importance of supporting those living with the condition.
Just weeks, later on April 8, the school was awash in pink as students participated in the International Day of Pink, a global initiative aimed at raising awareness about bullying and promoting kindness and acceptance. By wearing pink, students took a stand against bullying and reinforced the message that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued.
Through their enthusiastic participation in both events, students at Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Academy demonstrated leadership and a strong sense of social responsibility. These initiatives not only raised awareness but also helped foster a school environment rooted in understanding, respect, and inclusion.
