The Grade 3/4 students of Holy Family Catholic School in Ms. Kearney's class took part in the Great Gingerbread Exchange across Ontario this December! The class wrote and mailed out 22 letters to 22 other Grade 3/4 classrooms throughout Ontario. In turn, the class received 22 letters and gingerbread people from Ontario. The class received letters from students in Sault Ste. Marie, South River, Seaforth, Beeton, London, and more! It tied perfectly into the social studies curriculum and the students loved learning all about the different communities across Ontario.
