Santa Maria Catholic School’s MEDD students enjoyed a delicious adventure last week! They strolled over to a local neighbourhood favourite—North of Brooklyn Pizzeria—for an exciting hands-on pizza workshop. Students rolled, stretched, and twisted dough into the pizzeria’s famous garlic knots, then created their own pizzas topped with tomato sauce, cheese, basil, and pepperoni. The creativity was flowing as much as the mozzarella! Afterward, the group stepped into the pizzeria’s Dough Room, where they got a behind-the-scenes look at the impressive machinery used to make fresh pizza dough.
Thank you to our neighbourhood North of Brooklyn for this unforgettable experience!
