Collage of four photos of St. Angela students and staff dressed for Italian and French Carnival celebrations

This morning at St. Angela Catholic School, we officially opened our Italian and French Carnival celebrations with Multicultural Day and a festive ceremony. We began with an "around-the-school" parade led by a Grade 8 student carrying an Olympic torch, followed by students proudly presenting their Italian city posters. After gathering in the gym, the children participated in various activities, including "Minute to Win It" games, and learned about the Olympic message of peace. We concluded the ceremony with a wonderful performance by our Worship in Motion Dance Team, setting a joyful tone for the Carnival week ahead!
