Parent Council

The partnership among parents, guardians, the parish, and the school community plays a significant role in ensuring the success of our students. It truly takes a village to raise a child.

Our Catholic School Parent Council (CSPC) provides opportunities for families to be active participants in Catholic education, as together we engage with and support issues that affect our students’ learning.

CSPC members include parents/guardians, school administration team members, and community representatives.

CSPC Meetings

All meetings start at 6:30 PM and are held in person at the school.

CSPC By-Laws

CSPC Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Elections for 2025-2026

The AGM, Elections and Inaugural Meeting will be on September 17, 2025 (Wednesday) in the school staffroom, adjacent to the front foyer. The newly elected council will select dates and details for this year's meetings.

Parents who wish to nominate themselves to be an official voting member of the CSPC can complete the nomination form attached and send it to Principal Fitzpatrick (stmalachy.info@tcdsb.org) by September 8, 2025 (Monday) at 3:30 PM. Otherwise, parents may self-nominate or nominate another parent during the election.
