St. Michael Catholic School proudly participated in the Toronto Catholic District School Swim Invitational (TCDSSI) Swim Event for the first time on May 29, 2026. The day was filled with excitement, enthusiasm, and school spirit as students represented their school with determination and pride.
In the weeks leading up to the event, students dedicated themselves to training and preparation, demonstrating perseverance, teamwork, and a commitment to achieving their personal best. This successful experience was made possible through the support and encouragement of Ms. Nicolau, whose belief in the students and commitment to providing new opportunities helped make this milestone possible.
Special recognition is also extended to our dedicated coaches, Ms. Macabasco and Ms. Crisolago, for their guidance, encouragement, and the many hours spent preparing the team.
We also express our sincere gratitude to all parents for their support, encouragement, and assistance throughout the season. Their involvement played a significant role in the success of this experience. In addition, we thank our sponsors for their contributions, which helped make participation in this event possible.
The excitement and positive energy displayed by our students made this inaugural swim meet a memorable and rewarding experience for everyone involved. We look forward to building on this success and participating in the TCDSSI Swim Event for many years to come.
