Students at St. Norbert Catholic School are set to benefit from an exciting boost to their music program, thanks to a generous $10,000 donation from Live Nation Canada through MusiCounts.

MusiCounts, widely recognized as Canada’s leading music education charity, partners with schools across the country to provide essential instruments, equipment, and learning resources. Its mission is to remove barriers to music education while strengthening school programs and empowering students to develop confidence, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

The funding awarded to St. Norbert Catholic School will help enhance its music curriculum, ensuring that more students have access to hands-on learning experiences and the tools needed to explore their musical talents.

This achievement was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the school’s dedicated Catholic School Parent Council (CSPC) and local City Councillor James Pasternak, whose support helped secure the grant.

The school community has expressed gratitude for the contribution, noting that investments in music play a vital role in student development. With these new resources, St. Norbert Catholic School is poised to further enrich its music program and inspire the next generation of young musicians.
