St. Paul Catholic School took part in a Mental Health initiative called Mindfulness Day. Classes had the opportunity to rotate and participate in various mindful and wellness activities such as Yoga, Christian Mediation, Shaolin Kungfu, Mindset Coaching, West African Drumming, and Mindful Breathing. The students learned many great strategies that supported mindfulness and good overall mental health.
