Parent Council

Parents and guardians play a significant role in ensuring the success of our students.

Our Catholic School Parent Council (CSPC) provides a forum for families to understand, engage and support issues that affect the education of our students. Our CSPC members include parents/guardians, school administration team members and community representatives.

Supporting the School Community

The purpose of the CSPC is to support student enrichment. This year, we aim to achieve that by focusing on two key priorities:

  1. Working with our school administrative team to build a strong communication process with the community.

  2. Hosting and activating initiatives that promote community engagement and provide our kids and parents with a safe and welcoming platform to get involved.

In past years, our community supported our fundraising initiatives and helped us raise $23,000. This was an amazing achievement, and we thank you! These funds were used for things like:

  • Technology for the school

  • Outdoor sporting equipment

  • Classroom teacher allowances

  • Grade 8 graduation

  • Kindergarten picnic

  • Movie night

  • Fun fair

  • Playground basketball courts

  • Sidewalk games

Our mission is to help support a community of faith and learning.

CSPC Meetings

Our CSPC Meetings are held in our school library, starting at 6:00 PM.

Attending our meetings is a great way to meet with parent council members and school administration.

The dates for our upcoming meetings are:

  • February 4, 2025 (Virtual via Zoom)

“An informed parent is an engaged parent."
